VII. Certification

This application is not a binding commitment. However, if you are selected to be a member of the faculty or staff for LatinSummer 2013, you will accept this position, if you choose to do so, by signing a legally binding contract. You will be expected to be present throughout the program (dates as listed above for each program). Additionally, because the administrative staff are located in various parts of the country, communication in the months and weeks preceding the program will be vital. Faculty members will be expected to complete all training activities throughout the spring and summer, attend all meetings, and work closely with the Directors to develop the program curricula. The Institute will terminate the contracts of faculty members who fail to fulfill any or all of their obligations.
